By downloading, installing, or using LifePixels ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

LifePixels is a personal tracking and wellness application that allows users to:

  • Track moods, habits, and activities using pixel-based grids
  • Practice guided breathwork exercises
  • Maintain personal journals
  • Receive AI-powered insights about personal patterns

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Account Requirements

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the App
  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You must not share your account with others

4. User Content

4.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create within the App, including mood entries, journal entries, and custom boards. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.

4.2 Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you create and store in the App. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Free and Premium Features

LifePixels may offer both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium features require a paid subscription.

5.2 Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Refunds are subject to the app store's refund policy

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by LifePixels and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

7. Disclaimers

7.1 Not Medical Advice

LifePixels is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The App is intended for personal wellness tracking only. If you have health concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

7.2 Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LifePixels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
